Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate high-energy, impactful training sessions both virtually and in-person
  • Equip new hires with Medicare product knowledge, objection handling techniques, and closing strategies
  • Provide post-training support through live call monitoring, real-time coaching, and nesting assistance
  • Design, update, and enhance training materials, presentations, and digital content
  • Collaborate with telesales leadership and training coordinators to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning plans
  • Stay aligned with compliance standards, healthcare regulations, and telesales best practices
  • When not facilitating, contribute to operational needs like quality monitoring, agent support, and subject matter expertise tasks

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in training (telesales or Medicare sales preferred), adult learning, or performance coaching

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills—comfortable leading high-energy classroom environments

  • Experience in Medicare sales, healthcare, or compliance-driven environments is a plus

  • Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom Pro, and CRM systems (Citrix experience a bonus)
