Pay & Work Details
Pay: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexibility required between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM HST based on training and production needs
Location: Hybrid—combination of remote work and on-site presence at 949 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI
Training Schedule:
Agent training is done fully from the site. Monday-Friday
After training, shift to 3 days remote + 2 days onsite weekly
Licensing Requirement: You must be licensed to deliver Medicare telesales training
Hours of Operation: Must be flexible to support training and production needs, generally falling between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM HST, Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in training (telesales or Medicare sales preferred), adult learning, or performance coaching
Strong facilitation and presentation skills—comfortable leading high-energy classroom environments
Experience in Medicare sales, healthcare, or compliance-driven environments is a plus
Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom Pro, and CRM systems (Citrix experience a bonus)
Ability to manage shifting priorities, work independently, and support a performance-based team
Must hold an active resident health producer license and be able to commute to our Kapolei office as needed
