Compensation Highlights
Competitive pay at $27 per hour
$300 bonus when you complete your first week of production
Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)
Note: Referrer and referral must both be active at time of payout; see recruiter for eligibility details
Enjoy the flexibility of working from home up to 3 days a week after training!
We’ll provide a laptop and headset - you just need to provide a home monitor, keyboard, mouse, and home internet with cables to get started
Program Schedule
Full-time Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM HST
First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off
Location: 949 Kamokila Blvd, Kapolei, HI 96707
Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between 9:00 AM-9:00 PM HST after training
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and guide Medicare-eligible individuals through plan options
Build trust and rapport with potential members to help them make informed choices
Assist with completing enrollment applications in compliance with regulations
Multi-task across multiple computer screens and systems while engaging with consumers over the phone
Meet or exceed sales, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain all licensing and annual training requirements
What You Bring
Active Resident Health Insurance License (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass job screening assessments (including phone screen and interview)
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, etc.)
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
Must live within commuting distance of Kapolei HI
Ability to remain professional and persuasive on every call
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and meet goals
