Compensation Highlights

  • Competitive pay at $21 per hour
  • $300 bonus when you start production
  • $1,000 bonus when you transition, and successfully work 30 days with UnitedHealthCare
  • Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)
    • Note: Referrer and referral must both be active at time of payout; see recruiter for eligibility details

Hybrid Flexibility

  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home up to 3 days a week after training!
  • We’ll provide a laptop and headset - you just need to provide a home monitor, keyboard, mouse, and home internet with cables to get started

Program Schedule

  • Full-time Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PDT
  • First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off
  • Location: 4070 27th CE STE 100, Salem OR 97302
  • Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between 9:00 AM-9:00 PM PDT after training

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and guide Medicare-eligible individuals through plan options
  • Build trust and rapport with potential members to help them make informed choices
  • Assist with completing enrollment applications in compliance with regulations
  • Multi-task across multiple computer screens and systems while engaging with consumers over the phone
  • Meet or exceed sales, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain all licensing and annual training requirements

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Active Resident Health Insurance License (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass job screening assessments (including phone screen and interview)
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Must live within commuting distance of Salem, OR
  • Ability to remain professional and persuasive on every call
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and meet goals
